Jewels Through Time

An interest in Tudor history and Renaissance jewelry led Daniela Baker to begin crafting her own line of reproduction jewelry in 2009. Her work has been featured in Broadway plays, Metropolitan Opera House productions, TV shows, and magazine photoshoots. Love Demelza Poldark’s Smokey Topaz Citrine teardrop necklace? Or a spot on reproduction of Kate Middleton’s earrings? You’ll find them at Jewels Through Time.

INSIDE OUR JANE AUSTEN REGENCY THEME BOX…

This Emma Woodhouse Crystal Cross Drop Necklace was inspired by a piece worn in the 2019 film adaptation of Jane Austen’s Emma.  The Georgian cross was a popular motif in Regency Era jewelry. But finding a vintage one can be quite difficult, as Georgian jewelry makers of the time often melted down out of date pieces to fashion trendier ones. You’ll note that your reproduction piece features a closed back setting, as was custom for this period.
